Payments & Delivery InfoPayments
Payments are only accepted in GBP £ Sterling currency only. The use of Euro prices throughout the site is for a guide purpose only and is not guaranteed nor does it have any connection to the shopping cart or final amount in checkout.
For customers outside the UK we can accept credit cards and debit cards through Paypal only and in sterling currency.
Paypal
Use this option if you wish to pay by credit or debit card and clear the payment immediately for fast shipping. If you already have a Paypal account then you simply need to login when prompted and pay in the usual way. If this is done before 2pm Monday to Friday then your item will be shipped that same day. If you do not have a Paypal account then you may either open one or just use Paypal as the platform, you do NOT have to open an account!
PayOffline
PayOffline is a great new system if you prefer to pay cash or you'd rather not use your cards on the internet. Simply select this option at checkout and you'll be taken to the PayOffline website, from here you can print out a bar code for your order, take this to your nearest payzone store and pay by any method. You will have 4 days before the barcode expires and the order gets cancelled. Once paid, we get notified and your purchase will be despatched immediately. There is usually a payzone within a couple of miles of most people but please check the PayOffline website to find your nearest branch. You can click on the logo on the left of this current page.
Other Payment Methods
We are happy to accept Bank Transfer to our HSBC Bank Account, you will need to request our details after securing your purchase. You will need to use the unique order number as a reference. We will also accept Postal Orders, Bankers Draft or personal cheques up to the value of £50 only. Please allow 8 days for despatch if paying by personal cheque. We do not accept cash under any circumstances! We will be adding HSBC as an online payment provider in April 2008.
Shipping
We despatch items Monday to Friday and some Saturdays. Fully paid orders received before 14.00 hrs on Monday to Friday will usually be despatched same day, larger orders may go the following morning by courier. In any case, UK customers will usually receive their order within 3 working days, often sooner! European customers should allow 10 days for delivery, customers outside Europe should allow up to 18 days. We use a combination of Royal Mail and other couriers.
Costs
We have devised a simplified method of shipping cost based on the amount spent rather than weight of the item. We feel this method averages out over time and gives more benefit to the customers that spend more!
